On Saturday, Amanda and I ran in the 4/5 in the 5Peaks series held near Wakefield QC. If you remember, I had been here once before racing at the National Snowshoe Championships. In fact it was the same (or very similar) course. Both of us knew we had lost fitness from the summer. How much, well [...] Yeah I know, I look greasy. And yes, that IS a mustache; not mud. But lets look at the important detail,logo on my chest, this will hopefully get a few people to come visit the site! This picture was taken in Kingston when I raced the 5Peaks trail run (I placed second). As you can see [...] What was described as one of the toughest races ever by both Amanda Lohnes and Cliff Worden-Rogers, it was all they could do to finish the tough 5peaks race at Tremblant on Saturday. Both athletes put in a great effort, Amanda finishing 2nd (woman) and Cliff finishing 3rd (overall). The course had very little description besides 230m of [...] Three athletes, three different locations all out playing on the weekend! TJ Worden-Rogers was competeing in a bicycle stage race in Fredericton, NB. In a telephone conversation after the race, he said his day went well; besides flatting in the road race.
