When Cliff first asked me if I wanted to do an ultra-marathon in December, I didn’t think twice (ok, well maybe not quite). That’s typically the way I am when an exciting challenge is put forth in front of me: agree first… then think about it later. Cyclingnews has reported that Lance Armstrong has undergone a “secret surgery” to improve his time-trialing [...] Sweetland On Sunday, Canadian Kirsten Sweetland won the opening event on the 2009 ITU triathlon calendar at the Mooloolaba World Cup in Australia. The 20-year old had the fastest run split of the day (35:13), to win by just under a minute, in a time of 2:01:59, in the Olympic-distance triathlon.
