Nutrition - Do you care?

You are what you eat.   So you eat ham, are you a pig?

I eat mostly healthy.  Like you eat veggies with gravy?

I don’t have time to make supper.  But you have time to watch 2 hours of tv?

I hate cooking.  Is turning on a stove that complicated?

Food is such a large part of our lives.  Obviously if we didn’t eat we didn’t  eat we’d die.  But when you wake up in the morning, a lot of what we do revoloves around how we get food.  We have breaks to eat at work at home and even at play.  We meet friends at cafes or go out to restaurants on weekends.

When I mention “grocery shopping”.  How does that make you feel?

Some people hate grocery shopping.  Is it because of the squeeky shopping carts, small aisles or that they can never remember what they need to pick up?  Most of this can’t be avoided in the quest for buying groceries.  Unless you have the luxery of not having a job so you shop at any hour of the day.  Or even better, pay someone to pick up all the food for you.  Most of us though, have to stick to the weekends and after hours to shop.

What if you could avoid thinking about supper or lunch or even breakfast?  Each day was planned out.  How would that make you feel?  What if you could save money while doing this?

Had a thought today.  What if someone took the time to scan the flyers, found all the deals on food, and then made recipes based on the sale items?  Or whats fresh.   Save money but also eating healthy.  Is this something that people would be interested in?  Would people enjoy this option?

It’s something that I’m going to look into.  This should also provide a larger repetoire of recipes for myself.  Also, this may help me learn to cook. ;-)

Hope your all having a happy Easter!

Happy (Don’t forget to get some training in!) Trainin!
