Day 1 – Bike Testing

Workout

Warm up – 20 min warm up, with 4 sprints of 30s to loosen the legs.

Main Set – 2 x 20min TTs with a 10 min rest.  Coaches advice: If it doesn’t hurt (at any time) your not going hard enough.

Cool Down – 15 mins
