Sometimes we all need a little break. Well this week at LiveMultiSport headquarters were putting our feet up, taking sometime off from our scheduled posting to do other things like training, visiting family, training, going to weddings, training and training.
Sometimes these breaks are necessarily. We will be back soon enough however to give updates on how everything is going/went.
