We watched Adrienne Powers kick A$$ at last night’s International Track Meet in Hfx in the 200m. Bet Simon et al weren’t going as fast. Wicked to see that kinda speed up close’n'personal!

Old man said Mattias Wolters had a good run too? 3:58 for 1500, he’s almost reached the coveted sub 4mins for a mile! He’s what, 17?
I’m pretty sure there was no money involved. But I could be wrong.
Mattias came in 3:57:47 but more impressive is previous PB was 4:07. Knocking 10 seconds off in one race? Yowza. If the scouts weren’t circling before it must be a veritable feeding frenzy now.
