It looks like Fredericton will be receiving a 70.3 distance race sponsored by Subaru. This will not be an Ironman race like the one that Newfoundland had. More like the West Coast Triathlon series in British Columbia.
The date has been selected as Labour Day weekend. This gives plenty of time for you athletes to book sometime off. My source is saying that there will be slots for Ironman Canada next year.
The course has also been decided and if you like hills, your in luck!
