Three athletes, three different locations all out playing on the weekend! TJ Worden-Rogers was competeing in a bicycle stage race in Fredericton, NB. In a telephone conversation after the race, he said his day went well; besides flatting in the road race. Lots of good solid tempo riding which will help him out in his Ironman race.
Another Worden-Rogers ran in the Halifax 5K during Bluenose Weekend. Posting a great finishing time of 23:43. The best part? She was sporting the LMS shirt during the race! Great job Norma Jean!
The last Worden-Rogers (Cliff) was in Kingston on Saturday, doing the first in the 5peaks running series. The course was a rolling 10.2K of mostly single track which was made slick by the constant rain. After a short delay because of thunder lightening he managed to put in a solid effort, placing second overall. Not bad considering the conditions.
Good job Worden-Rogers!
Hope everyone else had a good weekend.

I was one of the volunteers at the Tour de Dog race yesterday and saw TJ. He did a great job in cold and wet conditions!
