TJs workout week:
Tuesday: 2.5 hour total workout.
Bike (if you can outside): 30 min warm up, 6 x 10 min high tension (big chain ring, smallest cog), 2 min easy spin between (small chain ring). 10 min normal riding after completion of set. Then ride remainder all in small chain ring with 95+ cadence.
Transition to short run after (10-15 mins)
Wednesday: Run (90 mins tempo 3×3 mins). Swim (picking 2.5ish K from the list).
Thursday: Off
Friday: 45min run/ride
Saturday: Swim optional
Sunday: Long Run (1:45:00)

Yeah…. He’s going to put in the late season push. 40 hours a week for a month. Were just tapering right now for it.
