If you are looking for some music to help with your training, the following site has upbeat, remixed music tracks you can download in MP3 format. ( http://www.djfsg.com/ )

Gotta love the internet, ’cause there is a site that has music downloads at a variety of beats per minute (BPM). 180 gives you a 90 cadence for your bike and run. Checkout Podrunner at : http://www.djsteveboy.com/podrunner.html . The Podrunner Archive lists a variety of downloads at various BPMs.
While Podrunner ‘music’ will burn 90 cadence in your brain, it is not for everyday enjoyment. If only you could mix a bit of the DJSFG with Podrunner. Alas, once again the internet has a solution. Check out the free music mixing software called Audacity at : http://audacity.sourceforge.net/download/windows . (You’ll also have todownload the LAME MP3 encoder to create a MP3 file you can use with your player.
