I know a lot of athletes have a countdown to their event (231 days, 46 hours, 3 minutes etc..). But all I know, is that at the end of August next year I have to do an Ironman.

So for those that don’t know, I have a puppy. Figs is 7 weeks or 8 weeks old… anywho he’s young although growing fast! When I left from Ottawa and went to Clearwater he was a tiny ball of fur. When I got back he is a much bigger bundle of fur!
